S3 Padel Finchley Road

S3 Padel’s Finchley Road venue will convert the former Homebase unit at the O2 Centre on Finchley Road into a ten-court padel hub, with an all-weather canopy planned over four of the courts. Developed with landlord Landsec as a meanwhile-use scheme of up to five years, plans also include a sauna, plunge pool, golf pod and co-working space. The Camden site effectively replaces S3’s closed Brent Cross club, whose community is relocating here. Still coming soon — the operator targets summer 2026, with bookings via Playtomic once courts are released.
