Padel World UK gave North Wales its first dedicated padel centre, converting a former warehouse on Tir Llwyd Industrial Estate in Kinmel Bay, near Rhyl. Conwy’s planning committee approved the change of use in December 2025 and the club was taking Playtomic bookings by early 2026. Four indoor courts — two doubles and two singles — sit under one roof with a gym, two saunas, a mezzanine cafe overlooking play, a sports bar, retail shop, dartboards, table tennis and a bookable golf simulator. Open 7am to 10pm daily, it runs pay-and-play with memberships from thirty pounds a month and Friday-morning Americano tournaments.
