Barrio Padel

Barrio Padel opened four covered courts at Holme Pierrepont Country Park — home of the National Water Sports Centre — over its launch weekend on 27–28 June 2026. Delivered in partnership with Leisure Solutions Community Trust and Nottinghamshire County Council, the Adbolton Lane venue adds padel to the park’s rowing lakes and white-water course, with changing rooms, a café-bar and free parking on site. Court bookings run through the Padel Mates app. It gives Nottingham players a distinctly scenic parkland alternative to the city’s indoor clubs, just east of West Bridgford.
