S3 Padel Bangor

S3 Padel is converting the former Denis Ferranti works on Caernarfon Road in Bangor, Gwynedd, into one of North Wales’ biggest indoor padel venues. Cyngor Gwynedd approved plans in December 2025 for eight indoor courts plus two pickleball courts inside the 51,000 sq ft industrial unit, with proposed opening hours of 7am to 11pm daily. Landlord Bearmont Group announced the letting as Social Sports Society’s first Welsh site. The operator’s own page mentions nine courts, so the final count may shift. Opening is targeted for 2026, with Playtomic bookings to follow.
