S3 Padel Manchester Peary Street

S3 Padel’s Manchester project will bring padel to Peary Street in the Red Bank corner of the Victoria North regeneration area, delivered with developer FEC. Planning consent granted in September 2024 covered nine padel courts, seven of them covered, plus petanque pistes, multi-sport courts and a climbing wall; the operator’s current page advertises seven courts, so the final mix may change. Originally slated for 2025, the site is now listed as opening in 2026, with Playtomic bookings to follow once courts are released.
